DHL Cadet Programme with Skyborne offers you an exciting and unique route to the flight deck with DHL Express. Our UK CAA Integrated ATPL Programme will take you from zero experience through a managed pathway into a career with DHL Express. Training with Skyborne Airline Academy will provide you with the very best training facilities available in the UK. We review all online applications and subject to you meeting our entry criteria you will be invited to complete our initial web based selection process. This is a series of online psychometric numeracy and aptitude assessments.We use the AON assessment tool to help determine whether or not you have the core competencies needed to successfully commence the course. The next stage of the selection process will be to attend an online assessment with Skyborne. This includes a series of non-technical activities and an interview. During your training with Skyborne we help you develop those core skills knowledge and attitude to become an effective commercial pilot.Qualifications : To be considered for the Air Cadet Programme you must:Be at least 18 years old at the start of trainingBe a DHL employee based at EMAHave been employed for at least 12 months in your current role and have no disciplinaries and excellent appraisal ratingsBe able to obtain and hold a UK Class 1 medical and a FAA Class 3medical with no restrictionsHave at least 4 GCSEs including Maths English and a Science (Biology Chemistry Physics or combined Science) Maths must be grade B/6 and above and the other grades C/5 or above or equivalent qualificationsBe fluent in English (verbal and written). As a guide you must be proficient enough to achieve IELTS Level 5.5 (academic)Be at least 1.58m (5ft 2 in) tallAble to swim 25mHave the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship or additional approvalsHold a valid passport which permits unrestricted worldwide travelPass an independent assessmentBefore training commences complete referencing and pre-employment checks required for the issue of an airport security IDRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Contracts Experience: years Vacancy: 1
