Join us and youll help bring peace of mind to our patients their families and our hard-working teams as you deliver for your customers across a complex and changing caseload thats full of variety.Working within a multi-disciplinary team including our consultants youll make sure our teams have the equipment they need when they need it and our patients have a positive everything you do youll actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.We are looking for an experienced individual to join us on a Bank contract at our Oaks Hospital.What is a Bank ContractA Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an ad-hoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability leaving you with a greater work-life balance. Bank contracts are also a fantastic way to secure additional income alongside other contracted work. Our Bank staff play a crucial role in maintaining service levels during peak times or staff shortages ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted.Where youll be basedLocated conveniently on the outskirts of Colchester the hospital opened on this site in 1994 with plenty of free parking for patients. All of our Consultants undergo rigorous vetting procedures ensuring only those who are qualified and experienced are granted practising privileges which are reviewed on a regular consultants are supported by a team of highly experienced and friendly nursing staff who have your care and comfort as their highest priority. You also have the reassurance that a Resident Doctor is available 24 hours a day.What youll bring with youIf you have experience in this field thats going to be beneficial but its not essential.
