Urgently Seeking - Shipping Co-ordinator (Supplier Returns) ***Currently seeking a Shipping Co-ordinator / Supplier Returns Co-ordinator to support a project managed on behalf of a customer based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.Working within our Quality Clinic, the roles takes primary responsibility on managing the supplier returns process, specifically for parts that have been found to be non-confirming. The role tasking includes:Understanding and identifying any Quality Notification issuesCreating Rework Purchase Orders using SAPEmailing suppliers with necessary information prior to the units being shippedKeeping track of any shipment processed with a daily tracking systemUsing courier portal to organize collection of parcelsFacilitated smooth shipment delivery by ensuring consistent compliance with HM Revenue and Customs requirements.Produced associated shipment paperwork, including shipping notes, commercial invoices and Return Material Authorization form to meet supplier requirements.Liaised with customs authorities to successfully resolve clearance issues, such as price discrepancies linked to commercial invoicesPrevented damage of goods shipped by verifying proper packing and securing of shipments Preferred skills / past experience requirements includes:Past experience working within a supplier returns role highly advantageousGood knowledge of SAP and the associated SAP movements for returning partsUnderstanding of suppliers RMA processesAbility to lift parts with a weight of up to 20kg to desk heightExcellent timekeeping and prioritisation skillsAbility to work well under pressureGood communication skills, both verbally and in writing (e-mail) The role is full-time and inside IR35. Rate advertised is the Umbrella Rate, PAYE rate also available
