The IFA Administrator will play a critical role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers by preparing client documents, processing and maintaining client data, and liaising with product providers and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, coordinating client meetings, responding to queries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to maintain a seamless client experience.QualificationsProficiency in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keepingStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracyAttention to detail and commitment to working within compliance guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team membersCompetence with financial systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office toolsExperience working in a financial services environment is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team in a fast-paced environmentRelevant administrative is an advantage
