Role Description We are seeking a full-time IFA Administrator to join our on-site team in Sevenoaks. The IFA Administrator will play a critical role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers by preparing client documents, processing and maintaining client data, and liaising with product providers and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, coordinating client meetings, responding to queries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to maintain a seamless client experience. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy Attention to detail and commitment to working within compliance guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members Competence with financial systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team in a fast-paced environment Relevant administrative is an advantage
