Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Duty Practitioner (RMN) to join a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing recovery-focused interventions, short-term support, and crisis management services to our clients. This position involves coordinating with colleagues on the duty rota and working within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialist mental health assessments and risk assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans and risk management strategies.
- Provide direct assistance, education, and advice to clients.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to promote re-enablement and recovery.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
