This position is responsible for providing client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers based in London.


MAIN DUTIES

Provide fundamental support in all aspects of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to provide excellent service to Ultra High Net worth/High Net worth clients and assist the business activities of relationship managers (account opening/maintenance/periodic reviews, setting up of Lombard facilities).

  • Liaison with clients, service providers and business support based in Singapore (BOS Head Quarters) to ensure smooth and prompt transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements (payments, loan/deposit rollovers, asset transfers, corporate actions, etc)
  • Respond promptly and responsibly to client enquiries and/or requests. Follow through to make sure the clients’ requests are executed. Ensure error free & timely execution of clients’ instructions
  • Ensure timely completion and update on Bank’s internal systems of call reports, documentation, client profiling and any other administrative matters as required from time to time.
  • Receive and execute trade orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all operational processes are performed in full adherence to internal policies as well as all regulatory requirements applicable
  • Participate in projects and the relevant UATs (User Acceptance Testing) on new systems before they are implemented Bank-wide as and when requested
  • Proactively manage own development needs and attend to relevant training for continuous upgrade.

  • Proactively manage all client complaints and escalations


EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma holder from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in client servicing or Front Office sales support within financial institutions
  • Ability to work with complex structures for account opening and ongoing documentation requirements
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of credit such as lending (including mortgage) and leverage
  • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate, highly independent willing to take ownership and adapt to changes
  • Must be a strong team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team
  • Able to work under a fast paced and stressed environment while remaining passionate, empathetic and resilient
