Role Description:.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Key Account Manager located in London. You will be responsible for driving new sales as well as renewal solutions for existing key account customers. This includes identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving stretch sales targets.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and servicesIdentify and close new sales opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues promptly and advocating for their needs within the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and provide clients with relevant insights
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the customers needs.

The key things we’re looking for from our Key Account Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Worked with Blue-chip in their sales career
  • A deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working with multiple touchpoints, from C-level tech customers to procurement department.
  • Can demonstrate large account, trusted advisor growth wins.
