You will help ensure ATE’s public-facing services run efficiently by managing case information, maintaining core databases, monitoring progress, and upholding strong record-keeping standards.We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent digital and organisational skills, who enjoys working with data and systems to deliver results.Top ResponsibilitiesSupporting and maintaining the specialist administrative services, processes and systems that underpin the work of the Technical Support Team, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.Logging, processing and conducting the initial triage of planning applications and scheme requests received through the casework inboxes.Responding to information requests from the central correspondence team, including Ministerial correspondence, Freedom of Information (FoI) requests and media queries.Supporting the production of dashboards and performance reports by compiling and formatting relevant data.BenefitsBeing part of our brilliant Civil Service means you will have access to a wide range of fantastic benefits:Employer pension contribution of 28.97% of your salary.
