Operating in over 48 counties, offering great careers for progression employing over 3000 employees yearly. This maintenance company also own and operate over 500 offices all over the UK.About the role:We are looking to take on board a technical account manager to be based on a high end commercial site in Paddington. You will be managing a team of 16 consisting of mechanical and electrical engineers. The contract has a P&L value of about 2 million.Responsibilities:* Provide technical support to the on site team* Provide a safe and healthy workplace with responsibility for all compliance for both CBRE and supplier partners * Assure contingency plans are in place for emergencies, including approved business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, service disruption notification processes and crisis management processes * Understand and comply with Site safety rules/requirements * Ensure knowledge of Supplier contract terms, scope of work and performance specification* Ensure PO's are raised and processed in compliance with GWS policy Contact us to applyIf this role sounds of interest please call Joe on (phone number removed) for more detials
