We focus on maximising performance supporting business growth optimising efficiency and reducing business risk through developing and maintaining technology and data solutions. The team goals include delivering high impact technology upgrade and platform migration projects maintaining and developing governance and compliance frameworks as well as designing and implementing innovative automation and data efficiency solutions.As a Senior Associate youll be at the heart of innovationdriving impactful technology initiatives solving complex challenges and collaborating with global experts and key stakeholders.This isnt just a jobits an opportunity to make a real difference. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.Key Responsibilities:Driving Improvement: Supporting technical colleagues to drive application and system fixes focusing on identifying solutions to and improve the performance of our business applications such as Dynamics 365 SharePoint and Azure cloud resources. Working with global DevOps and cloud developer teams to improve and optimise systems architecture and resources.Managing System Maintenance: Proactively manage the maintenance and performance of Mid-Market systems & technologies forecasting maintenance actions (such as licence & certificates renewals) completing actions to ensure maintenance and performance actions are completed within agreed SLAs and without impacting BAU processes keeping appropriate records of maintenance requirements and actions within the team. Also attending global Change Advisory Board meetings to identify changes that will impact GB and formulating action plans to accommodate global changes.Developing Frameworks: Leading on the development and implementation of governance frameworks across system access data integrity & retention performance monitoring and system compliance to both regulatory and company policies.Implementing Data Strategies: Working with compliance and data leads to implement global data strategies and objectives within the Mid-Market systems and applications.Delivering Innovation: Supporting data and process automation projects to deliver operational efficiency improvements cost reductions and enable growth across multiple business functions.Managing Stakeholders: Working with both local and global business stakeholders at all levels to support the discovery design and delivery of a wide range of projects across multiple business functions.Critical Administration: Coordinating and delivering administration tasks for critical technical and business documentation requirements such as system mapping department procedural documents system logs and reports and risk/change logs relating to systems and applications.Vendor Management: Working with external technology developers and support providers in collaboration with the Associate Director of Technology & Business Improvement to effectively manage supplier relationships and contractual requirements coordinate supplier compliance activities and manage financial and legal agreements.QualificationsThe RequirementsGood working experience in technology focused roles with exposure to cloud-based platforms/applicationsExperience of working with Microsoft Power Platforms and Microsoft AzureProficiency in Microsoft Office and presenting complex information to stakeholders through documentation (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)Solutions focused with experience delivering business improvement initiatives in both technical and operational environmentsStrong analytic skills with the ability to identify potential solutions across technology and operational processesAgile and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and developStrong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverablesKnowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) is an advantageExperience of Power BI and/or SQL databases is an advantageAt WTW we believe difference makes us stronger.
