This role is ideal for a operator who thrives in complexity excels at building scalable systems and can influence outcomes across a matrixed organizationwithout relying on formal authority.Champion Operational Excellence: Define and implement scalable repeatable sales operations processes across acquired entities driving consistency and efficiency in planning execution and performance tracking.Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement and Pricing & Deal Management teams to align on strategy and execution ensuring seamless integration and optimized go-to-market approaches.Coach & Influence: Engage with sales operations teams in acquired companies providing mentorship guidance and best practices to elevate performance and align with IFS standards.Data-Driven Approach: Lead sales analytics and compensation strategy including pipeline forecasting territory design quota setting and commission planningtranslating insights into action.Enablement & Integration: Drive enablement initiatives including training positioning and GTM strategy ensuring acquired teams are equipped for success within the IFS ecosystem.Matrix Collaboration: Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales M&A Finance and Product teams to drive adoption of CRM systems business planning tools and performance methodologies.Performance Insights: Deliver actionable reporting on pipeline health sales KPIs and revenue forecasts to inform leadership decisions and drive accountability.Project Leadership: Support key initiatives including QBRs Board presentations and Sales Kickoffs ensuring alignment and impact across the organization.Qualifications : Bachelors DegreeProven experience in sales operations within the business software or SaaS industry Working independently in a matrixed organization with the ability to lead through influence rather than authorityDemonstrated success in designing and scaling operational processes in high-growth environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic insightsExceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to influence across functions and levelsExcellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a knack for storytelling through dataSelf-starter mindset with a bias for action and the ability to manage competing priorities independentlyAdditional Information : IFS prides itself on its culture and values: trustworthy agile collaborative and grit.
