Hybrid Financial Support Officer

Our client, a Financial Institution with offices across the Midlands, is seeking a dedicated Financial Support Officer to join their team. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to Office Managers and Financial Planners, ensuring efficient, compliant, and professional service delivery to clients.
As a Financial Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and keeping them informed about their application status.
- New Business Processing: Efficiently handle new business applications, ensuring all compliance documents are in place and submissions are accurate and timely.
- Risk Analysis: Run Risk Profiler results and assist with research using FE Analytics to support advisers in making informed recommendations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client files and documents are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
- Fund Management: Assist with producing fund switch reports and processing switches in line with client authorisations.
- Client Reviews: Prepare valuation reports, performance documentation, and review checklists for client appointments.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, answering phone calls, and managing post.

You should be a team player with strong planning and prioritising skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and possess a proactive attitude and personal commitment to continuous improvement.
