Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate / Senior) Portadown Highly Competitive Salary and Benefits Package Based in their Head Office in Portadown, Monday to Friday, 28 days holiday, life insurance, and use of company vans for site visits. You will be responsible for assisting the established QS Team and delivering on major contracts. Day to Day: Site measurements and drawing/taking off plans. Pricing variations and costing compensation events. Professional delivery of all contracts. Perform a commercial function in preparation with tender bids. Procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors. Preparation of accurate and prudent cost-value analysis. Interim and final account statement preparation. Experience & Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Construction. 3+ years experience as a QS within social housing projects. Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation/relationship building skills. Experienced in measurement, dealing with sub-contractors, costing and variations. UK Driving Licence and willing to travel NI to sites.
