  • Leading and professionally developing the Group marketing team, located in the US & UK
  • Developing marketing strategies to support both local and Group business growth goals 
  • Develop and coordinate Group digital marketing strategy 
  • Management and continued development of the Group brand strategy 
  • Identification of new target markets and applications 
  • Research and collation of market intelligence 
  • Identification of new product opportunities 
  • Coordinating Group product launches 
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and researching new market opportunities  
  • Overseeing customer and prospect communication
ExperienceCandidates need to have:
  • B2B Marketing experience gained in an engineering / manufacturing, product led environment.
  • Previous experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • International experience.
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Able to work from the office in Tyne & Wear
