The Role:

MBNL are looking to recruit an HRBP to join our small but busy HR team while we undergo a period of change. The role will focus on individual HR projects, supporting change projects around the business, and will take lead on HR issues, working in concert with our line managers and employees.


What you can expect to be doing:

- Lead on HR projects to create long lasting and well embedded changes within the business

- Manage employee relations cases from beginning to conclusion, with guidance from the HR Manager where needed. Using judgement to reach the right conclusion for the organisation.

- Training managers to engage and handle ER issues sensitively and appropriately, including giving feedback post process.

- Support our hybrid working implementation, including recommending solutions for challenges and working with the organisation to embed them


What we are looking for:

- HRBP Generalist background

- Reward experience and strong excel skills are a nice to have

- Knowledge of strategic HR best practice

- Track record of establishing and maintaining collaborative and positive relationships with key stakeholders

- Experience with Payroll & Benefits

- Experience of change projects, employee relations
