About the roleAs part of our Development team you will design and create scalable secure and optimised embedded software systems. Key responsibilities include: Developing and modifying firmware architectures for technologies like ARM Cortex-A/M RTOS SPI I2C UART WIEGAND and Raspberry Pi. Designing testing and debugging electronic circuits and PCB layouts using tools like Circuit Studio Proteus Multimeters and Oscilloscopes. Collaborating with the Development team topropose solutions identify risks and contribute to architectural decisions. Communicating technical changes effectively and supporting team members in their deliverables. Attending monthly onsite team meetings in Eastbourne to discuss products improvements and future developments. What were looking for: Proven experience in embedded systems design programming (C Python RTOS bare metal MQTT) and troubleshooting. Proficiency with IDEs such as Keil uVision Pycharm and circuit/PCB design. Hands-on debugging and soldering skills. A confident decision-maker with strong communication and collaboration abilities driven by continuous personal and technical growth. To be based within the South East and able to commit to Monthly onsite meetings in Eastbourne.
