As a Senior Data & Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing and optimising data and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the day-to-day functions. Your expertise will support the company's strategic goals and contribute to the success of our global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage data operations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management and reporting
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous data management experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably dealing with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, ERP systems)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
