Sales Consultants - Part Time (New Store)Purpose of the role:To represent Gieves and Hawkes within our new store Bath with integrity and professionalism continuously seeking ways to surprise and delight the Client with all actions rooted in the core values. As the face and voice of the brand this role is pivotal to the ongoing success of the store and the company. Key Responsibilities:SalesIncrease sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements highlighting the features & benefits of the product and offering related products wherever appropriate.Support the store to increase sales through commitment to personal KPIs and objectivesUse the till system and back-office functions accurately ensuring correct prices are charged and the customers transaction is fulfilled to their satisfaction   Be clear and concise around limitations of alterations and after sales expectations upsell customer to MTM and Bespoke where necessary.Carry out only necessary alterations on RTW garments or overcomplicate customer transactions.ServiceWelcome and acknowledge customers as they enter and move around the store.Give accurate and current information about product and processes requesting assistance when necessary requesting additional training if neededDetermine the needs of the customer direct them to the correct department/individual and/or deliver professional advice.Interpret customer needs and their favoured approach and adapt accordinglyShow integrity and knowledge when fitting the customer in a RTW garment. Under promise over deliver.Maintain a high level of personal presentation in line with company dress code as well as good personal hygiene and grooming standards.Balance the needs of the customer with the core brand values and company policies.Organise couriers postage transfers in a timely and accurate mannerHandover to colleagues/management before rest days or holidays to ensure a smooth process for all customersCommunicationCommunicate both verbally and in writing with a polite and inclusive attitude. Follow up on important conversations in writing to ensure understanding of next steps/what further action is required.Speak to other staff and customers with courtesy and respect.Handle any complaints with a positive and proactive approach.Build productive trusting relations with colleagues and customers.Store OperationsEnsure the store is kept clean and tidy maintaining company visual merchandising standards Understand and execute company policies and proceduresAdhere to store scheduling arrive to store ahead of shift ready to start work at your scheduled time.Participate in stock counts when neededAdhere to Health and Safety guidelines escalating potential risks to line manager. Make sensible decisions and dont put others at risk.Encourage and support othersPut stock away with care and ensure stock on the sales floor is steamed hung properly tagged and ticketed correctlyTake responsibility to keep up to date with changes in procedures responding to change in a positive mannerKPIsPersonal Sales TargetsCustomer Data Capture (CDC)Average Transaction Value (ATV)Units per Transaction (UPT)Qualifications : Passion &  real interest  luxury menswear/tailoring Working or has worked in customer facing environment - Sales & Hospitality Works well in small but passionate teamCan commit to working weekends on a rota basisAdditional Information : Basic Salary - 1221ph- 12.74ph  (over 21 yrs)  monthly store commission clothing allowance & company product discount.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Bidding,Apps,Benefits,Corporate Recruitment,Android Development Experience: years Vacancy: 1
