Job DescriptionGovernance Partner 6 Month FTCSalary: Up to 46330Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to Andover or London)Are you passionate about governance compliance and enabling senior leaders to deliver effectively Were looking for an experienced Governance Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract.This role is an exciting opportunity for a governance professional who thrives on variety enjoys influencing at senior level and takes pride in delivering high standards of compliance and board support.What youll be doing:Providing high-quality governance advice and guidance to Boards Committees Executive and Operational Panels.Championing compliance with governance frameworks terms of reference constitutions and regulatory requirements.Supporting the recruitment induction training and succession planning of Non-Executive Directors and Independent Members.Leading efficient administration of governance meetings calendars and urgent decision-making processes.Assisting with statutory registers returns resolutions and governance service records.Driving continuous improvement in governance processes including digital governance solutions.About you:Youll bring a balance of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills enabling you to work confidently with senior leaders.
