WHAT IS ON OFFERAlfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver apprenticeship standards as part of our self-provider provision. The main purpose of this role is to plan deliver and assess high-quality training to apprentices ensuring compliance with all funding and quality requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in teaching training or assessing who wants to play a key role in shaping learners futures.Your main responsibility will be to provide engaging and inclusive training coaching and assessments supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to succeed. You will tailor learning sessions to individual needs and employer requirements tracking progress and providing feedback to ensure apprentices achieve timely addition you will prepare apprentices for their End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensure all gateway requirements are met all while maintaining strong collaborative partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders. Finally you will need to keep up to date with your own professional knowledge and undertake continuous professional development (CPD) to meet all regulatory and sector requirements.ABOUT USAlfred H Knight is a totally independent family owned business spanning five generations.
