Assure Personnel are working with a reputable client based on the outskirts of Colchester, they are seeking an Estimator on a permanent basis to support the sales team.

Salary: £28K - £35k per annum

Monday to Friday - 100% office based

Duties

  • Reviewing drawings to produce accurate take offs/mark ups of the project#
  • Producing accurate quotations that reflects the clients' requirements
  • Liaising with key customer via phone & emails to answer any questions in a professional and timely manner
  • To attend team meetings or occasional site meetings for production team
  • Liaising with colleagues within sales & estimating
  • Loading enquiries onto a bespoke system
  • Processing incoming sales orders accurately
  • Liaising with customers when required to obtain missing information or answer customer queries
  • To demonstrate and maintain a positive "can-do" problem-solving approach.
  • Confidence with the ability to positively influence colleagues across the business departments.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Methodical working approach
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong Excel knowledge, updating spreadsheets
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate as this is predominantly, a key standalone role.
