Stores Person / Stock Controller The BusinessAn innovative manufacturing company, involved in the design and manufacture of specialist equipment, require an experienced Engineering Stores / Stock Controller to assist a small team of dedicated Engineers, Technicians and Supply Chain Professionals.The products are deployed globally, in a variety of industries and used in a number of highly regulated sectors.Stock Controller Responsibilities Goods in inspection for incoming componentsControl of inspection reportsReview declaration of conformity submissionsStock controlBatch controlKitting of stock to works ordersIdentify BOM issues found during kittingLead stocktakesMovement of components on MRPAssigning works orders to sales ordersEnd of line quality inspection of both unit and accompanying paperworkDespatch of sales ordersControl of logistic partnersSupporting production and production engineering team when workload dictatesRequired Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role would be advantageousUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and components and/or experience in an engineering environment preferredComputer literate, to include Excel skillsGood level of literacy and numeracyAttention to detail and strong communication skillsOther InformationFull-time role. Mon - Fri. 37.5 hours per week.
