(NYSE: TKO) a premium sports and entertainment company.The Role and What Youll Do: This role is largely Solheim Cup-focused and will require candidate to be based in LondonProvide timely and efficient operational assistance including site visits/ liaising with the host venue.Provide timely reporting and minute taking following up with team members and vendors as requiredWorking with suppliers and contractors to draw up specs and scopes of workProvide general event support& specific support to the SC Project DirectorProvide onsite event operational logistic support at golf tournaments.Act as a strong IMG representative while onsite at eventsProvide practical support for the day-to-day businessof the SC Project DirectorConducting market research as and when necessaryAny other duties that are within scope of the role as requiredYou Have These: Ability to respect confidentiality of relevant information and documentationStrong organisational skillsAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting tasksAbility to multitask be proactive and show initiative in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills in a clear and concise mannerWorking knowledge of Word Excel Outlook and PowerPointand the ability to create presentation decksAbility to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to self-direct and motivate working at times with minimal supervisionA strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demandFlexible and willing and able to work nonstandard work hours and weekends as requiredAbout IMG:IMG is a global leader in Sports Fashion Events and Media operating in more than 30 countries.
