An award-winning, global independent agency are looking for a Head of Digital to take lead of their PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic teams.
As Head of Paid Media, you will have the freedom to innovate the agencies Paid Media offerings to grow client accounts and win new business. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in the future of the agency, as you work closely with, and are supported by, the CEO.

Head of Paid Media Role & Responsibilities
As the agency’s Head of Paid Media, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on paid strategy across the spectrum of PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic. Additionally, your role will include:
- Provide strategic direction for the Paid Media team and for the agencies business offerings into new areas.
- Managing a large team of 20+ paid media professionals.
- Responsible for client relationship development and management, acting as the escalation point when necessary.
- Sitting within the senior leadership team, being instrumental in business decisions regarding the agencies paid media offerings/
- Your work will be split across the UK team and clients, while having a smaller focus on the global teams.
- Be heavily involved in team resourcing and growing the Paid Media and PPC team.
Your Skills & Experience
You will be supported to work how is best for you, as you receive the support necessary to lead the Paid Media team. The agency does ask that you have:
- 7+ years of PPC and Paid Social experience (required).
- Substantial experience across Programmatic (desirable).
- Strong experience of working in an agency.
- 2+ years’ experience in leadership role, managing a team of at least 10 people.
- Proven ability running large scale, Paid Media accounts.
- Proven experience winning new business and cross selling/ up selling when appropriate.
- Experience working with Programmatic and DV360.
