Your new companyOur client is a well established interpreting business that provides solutions for individuals and companies nationwide. Due to expansion, they are seeking to add a booking coordinator into their team.

Your new roleThis role is fast-paced and varied. Do you enjoy customer service? Do you have experience managing inbound and outbound calls? Can you effectively manage and coordinate bookings and queries? If so, this could be a great role for you.This role is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, office based for 35 hours a week. There will be an element of evening and weekend on-call rota work.In this target driven role, you will be responsible for responding quickly and effectively to incoming queries via phone and email, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely bookings for clients. You may also have to deal with issues and complaints and should be able to resolve these professionally. What you'll need to succeedYou will have strong customer service skills and excellent data entry skills. You will be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal. You will be able to manage a high volume of calls, be competent in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems. Having a knowledge of other languages would be advantageous, but is not essential.
