Presales Solutions Architect

Technical Expertise:

  • Presales & Solutioning experience: A proven track record of understanding customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and effectively presenting those solutions to win deals.
  • Datacenter & Cloud Transformation: Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing medium to large-scale datacenter transformations and cloud migration strategies.
  • Complex Solutions: A history of working on complex IT deals encompassing infrastructure services related to:
  • Private/Hybrid Cloud environments
  • Compute resources
  • Hyper-converged and Converged Infrastructure (HCI/CI)
  • VMware technologies
  • Database solutions
  • Storage/Backup solutions
  • Network/Communication infrastructure
  • Enterprise monitoring and management tools
  • Automation technologies

Cloud Proficiency:

  • Strong Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: A deep understanding of either AWS or Azure, including their core services, pricing models, and best practices.

Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: The ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CXO-Level Engagement: Experience and proven success in engaging with C-suite executives, understanding their business priorities, and tailoring IT solutions to address those needs.

Additional Considerations:

  • Industry Experience: GSI
  • Certifications: (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) can be beneficial.
