Description

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Manage and reconcile financial statements
  • Ensure accurate recording and analysis of financial data
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Monitoring the company's bank accounts and accurately recording cashbook transactions.
  • Reconciling card receipts and reconciling bank accounts in GBP and Euro.
  • Supporting effective delivery of virtual terminal payment processes.
  • Credit card and expense processes.
  • Processing customer refunds via bank and card.
  • Supporting the Management Accountant in preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Supporting the Management Accountant with the preparation of reports to deliver compliance and reporting responsibilities (e.g. cash forecasts, P11Ds, etc.)

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

AAT Studier

  • Relevant educational qualifications in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
