Customer Success ManagerYolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise software company that provide a SaaS based solution, in search for a Customer Success Manager.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a customer success manager role, managing a portfolio of accounts, being their first point of contact and maximising revenue generated from each account.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact for assigned clients, driving success and satisfactionUnderstand client objectivesPromote solution adoption through training, support, and best practicesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams and provide customer's feedbackDeliver business reviews Your skills/ experience as a Customer Success Manager Experience in customer success, account management3-5 years' experience in software salesProficient in SalesforceA proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindsetBenefitsBasic Salary - £50kOTE £80kHybrid work Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Yolk Recruitment.
