  • Workday hands-on configuration experience in Time Tracking, Absence and HCM are important (other modules are a bonus, but ideally with those 3 modules as a minimum)


  • Workday reporting expertise (essential)


  • Workday integration/technical expertise in EIB creation and executing mass data changes


  • Experience in updating/creating business processes


  • Experience of coaching (or team managing if possible) Workday analysts with less experience – they would not be managers of people in this role as the Workday Support Team are reporting into IT but day to day they will be mentoring them on change requests and escalated issues


  • Managing change projects (e.g. implementation of Disciplinary Management)


  • If possible, experience of working within HR Operations or similar HR background (but not always going to be possible), their peers in the role will be HR Directors/Head of Talent
