**The role**

These roles sit within our Workday & IT Transformation Recruitment Team, and will be split into two clear functions:
- Business Development - You will be tasked with identifying, approaching, and securing new business within your specialism.

- Mapping out your specialist market
- Business Development
- Negotiation
- Advertising new roles on job boards.
- General administration duties.
- Meeting daily and weekly targets.
