We are excited to expand our Marketing team by welcoming an enthusiastic Junior Designer that will assist the Lead Graphic Designer in creating effective designs that cater to our portfolio of Ultra-High and High-Net-Worth-clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a promising designer to join a luxury brand with 28 years of experience in the industry. You will work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer to develop your design skills whilst also having the opportunity to work on your own projects and conceptualize unique design ideas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to develop eye-catching luxury designs for print and digital collateral, including brochures, bespoke card and box designs, social ad campaigns, presentations, videos, client events, and more.
  • Help cultivate our guidelines to effectively reflect the brand identities of both Insignia and our sub-brands.
  • Conceptualize new ideas and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends.
  • Assist the social media team by providing design feedback, ideas and unique video content.
  • Provide support to other teams across the company where necessary (e.g. with presentations, business cards designs, form updates).


Professional Requirements:

  • Confident using the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc).
  • Interest in the luxury industry and/or luxury design trends.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt easily if priorities change.
  • Natural eye for design and an excellent understanding of design rules.
  • Good teamwork skills and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Highly conscientious and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar product management software is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience using Canva is beneficial but not required.
