Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Naval Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in naval architecture, and a RINA-accredited Naval Architecture engineering qualification, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This role will involve working on structures, stability, equipment, and small boat architecture in an exciting engineering environment. Responsibilities as Naval Architect - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and contractors- Provide technical support and liaise with contractors- Undertake technical investigations and analysis of data- Carry out design and development work and change control of technical documentation- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations- Contribute to the improvement of operational delivery through innovative strategies- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical challenges - Liaise with other Engineering colleagues, Production, and Project Managers Qualifications as Naval Architect - 2 to 3 years of experience as a Naval Architect- RINA-accredited Naval Architecture engineering qualification- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Strong verbal presentation skills- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Motivated to grow technical skills and develop a successful career in naval architecture Benefits as Naval Architecture - Up to £40,298 Basic Salary DOE- Flexible Working - 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays- Outstanding Pension scheme up to 16% of basic salary - Opportunities for professional development and career growth- Dynamic and inclusive work environment- Opportunity to work on innovative and challenging projectsIf you are interested in applying for this position, please apply directly or contact (url removed).
