About the Role We're looking for an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join our MEP Building Services Engineering Contractor Client’s Projects Team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a business renowned for delivering high-quality building services projects. As an Electrical Contract Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and take full ownership of multiple projects—covering traditional and Design & Build schemes. You'll be responsible for planning, procurement, delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring safe and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. * Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, and timelines. * Conduct site visits, surveys, client meetings, inspections, and handovers (travel and overnight stays may be required). * Provide guidance, support, and leadership to project teams, monitoring performance and development. * Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency. * Manage the customer relationship, handling expectations and resolving disputes. * Prepare and present Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) forecasts to management. * Liaise with Design, Estimating, and Subcontract teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Drive p...
