Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. They are a prestigious company at the heart of their industry, specialising in the careful and timely shipping of goods.
They are looking for: A dynamic, articulate individual with a passion for providing top-tier customer service. You find joy in details, excel in organised environments, and thrive when providing solutions.
Your Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, will include:
Communication Mastery: Handling inbound calls and managing shared inbox systems, becoming the main point of contact between third parties.
Logistical Artistry: Booking, tracking, and updating shipments of precious shipments using sophisticated CODA system.
Operational Precision: Coordinating with professional packing partners and arranging secure storage.
Problem Solving: Advising team and esteemed clients of any delays or issues, ensuring a seamless flow of information and satisfaction.
Skills You Bring:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment.
A confident handler of incoming calls with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Excellent keyboard skills and strong geographical knowledge to assist in efficient shipment planning.
A highly organised mindset with unmatched attention to detail.
Competence in PC usage and readiness to learn new systems.
