Director of Marketing (Remote - Global)


Role Overview:

As a new and innovative casino platform launched by industry veterans in betting, our platform is on a mission to revolutionize the gambling entertainment industry. Our vision extends beyond our initial crypto focus, aiming to establish the platform as a mainstream leader. As the Director of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading the creation and execution of a marketing strategy that redefines how casino brands connect with their audiences. Reporting to the C-level team, you will harness cutting-edge, creative, and data-driven approaches to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and industry disruption. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a passion for innovation who can push the boundaries of traditional gambling marketing and position our platform as a trailblazer in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Marketing Leadership: Craft and implement a pioneering marketing strategy that aligns with our vision to disrupt the gambling entertainment industry. Focus on innovative approaches that challenge the status quo and elevate the brand’s presence.
  • Creative Brand Building: Drive brand development using novel marketing techniques, including experiential campaigns, influencer collaborations, and immersive content. Build a brand that stands out in a crowded market and resonates deeply with diverse audiences.
  • Acquisition and Retention Through Innovation: Lead the charge in acquisition marketing by exploring and implementing unconventional channels and methods. Develop retention strategies that leverage personalized experiences, gamification, and dynamic content to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Content and Campaign Innovation: Oversee the creation of groundbreaking, high-impact content that tells our unique story. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver campaigns that captivate and entertain, setting new standards in the gambling industry.

  • Expertise in Digital and Creative Marketing: Strong proficiency in both digital marketing and creative campaign development. Ability to pioneer new marketing techniques and strategies that resonate with modern audiences.
