Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Immediate need for an experienced Commercial Counsel to join a busy EV charging business on an initial 4 month+ contract. Day rate, Inside IR35, remote working with occasional travel to the office in Greater London.


Reporting to the senior management team you will be responsible for supporting the business in terms of drafting, negotiating and reviewing various commercial agreements. In addition you will provide advice around best practice governance, compliance and risk management.


Wider legal advisory support to the team in relation to employment, dispute management and IP matters may also be required.


To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE with a strong demonstrated background as a commercial contracts lawyer. Previous experience in the EV charging sector or similar would be advantageous but not critical. A proactive and commercial approach to working collaboratively with internal stakeholders is key.
