Our client, a global commodity trading company, is seeking a delivery-focused Functional Analyst to lead on various business critical projects for their Back Office functions across their commodities business.


In this role, you will translate complex business initiatives into a cohesive architectural vision that guides the delivery of functional capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance business operations, providing clarity on how the application landscape can support both current and future state roadmaps while assisting delivery teams in improving their applications.



Skills and Experience:

  • Strong domain knowledge in the commodity trading industry, particularly in back office functions such as Settlements, Trade Finance, Corporate Funding, Treasury, and Accounting.
  • Proven track record in globally distributed teams delivering large-scale applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with both senior business and IT leaders.
  • Experience with Oracle.
  • To be able to work with cross-functional teams
  • To be able to drive IT solutions
