As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their IT systems and processes. You will lead digital system implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in Microsoft platforms, including no-code solutions like Power Platform, will be crucial in driving their digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital system implementation projects from conception to completion.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for IT systems and processes.
• Utilize Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform, to develop no-code solutions that enhance business processes.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system implementations and process improvements.
• Train and support end-users to maximize the benefits of IT systems and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including no-code solutions like Power Platform.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital system implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
