Job Description

This role is critical in driving the management, planning, organising and implementation of various sizes of IT projects during a massively busy period of transformation projects on a global scale here at Rotork, with one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations ongoing as well.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of IT Projects, this role will oversee a number of individuals and projects within the IT function of the business.

In this role you will develop plans, schedules and reporting structures for projects using relevant methodologies with the goal of keeping these within timeframes and budgets and manage these through to completion. You will understand and manage external relationships as well as internal ones across multiple functions and departments within the global set up of Rotork.

This role would suit a goal driven person who champions good processes and thrives on building relationships through leadership qualities and stakeholder influencing.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience managing medium to large IT projects
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working to deadlines and budgets

The Successful Candidate:

  • Ability to take the helm within teams and project
  • Has excellent communication with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Champions organisation and planning throughout all processes
