Project Engineer Opportunity
About the Role
As a Project Engineer at Systems adi Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Director to ensure that process and pipework projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the Mechanical & Piping business. In addition, you'll get to evaluate exciting large-scale opportunities and collaborate with the Operations Director to pinpoint our primary revenue prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of site installations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to expand and grow revenue streams and UK opportunities, driving business growth and development.
- Quote and secure revenue streams while effectively managing available labor and site activities to exceed profit plans and expectations.
- Work with the leadership team to assess and evaluate new business opportunities, identifying potential revenue streams and growth areas.
- Build and develop long-term partnerships with applicable contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Plan and project manage the delivery of all quoted works in conjunction with the Operations Director, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About You
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in process and mechanical engineering, proficient in managing large-scale projects and driving business growth. If you have:
- Extensive experience as a project engineer/site manager, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in a similar role within an industrial and/or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process and mechanical engineering principles.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in building strong relationships with both internal and external customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
