I am currently working with a leading Investment Solutions Manager who is looking to add a Business Development Manager to the team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with your Business Partner to provide ongoing support, assistance, and exceptional customer service for the clients.
  • Working with your Business Partner to build and deliver the business plan for the region.
  • Promote and fundraise the Investment range of offerings.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, host training events such as workshops, and execute any initiatives agreed upon with the Head of Business Development.
  • Handle incoming queries (in meetings, on phone calls, or via email) from financial intermediaries.
  • Attend and speak at roadshows/events and act as an ambassador.
  • Gather feedback via the adviser market to help develop new products and sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Investor Services function and Marketing team to facilitate the best support possible for the financial advisers.


Experience Required:


  • At least 5 years of previous experience in sales and marketing of investment products.
  • Proven record of working with tax-efficient products.
  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • High-quality consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to build and grow own bank of clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Motivation to excel in a sales-based environment whilst maintaining high levels of client service.
  • Experience in using CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
