Our client is looking for aExport Customs Brokerage Agent SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU DO: Tasks and DutiesReceive documents.Prepare customs entries in Customsware or other customs software.Understand the elements of the Import & export customs SOP.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems.Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments.Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING TO US : Global logistics industry knowledgeGood computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)Fluent in English Product Agent Job Specific Performance Expectations Timely and Accurate Shipment ProcessingEnsures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Company operational procedures. Follows customer's standard operatingprocedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company's procedures.Timely and Accurate Data EntryEnsures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Company operational procedures and customerrequirements. Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution.Timely and Accurate Billing and AccountingInvoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Company and customer requirements. Properly provisionsservice provider charges to avoid reserves. Follows proper credit approval processes in order to minimize risk and protect the company.
