We recently secured a $40M Series A funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team, representing one of the five largest Series A rounds in Europe for 2024.The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure that underpins all of Lawhive’s products. You’ll own our cloud environments, deployment pipelines, security foundations and observability, working closely with product engineers to ensure they can ship quickly and reliably. This role is hands-on and focused on creating a resilient, scalable platform as we continue to grow and evolve our systems.What The Job InvolvesDeployment patterns and practices - Building and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines (GHA, AWS, ECS, K8s)Infrastructure and system architecture - Building and maintaining on our platform infrastructure, and contributing to system design as we scaleSecurity and compliance - Executing on security and compliance roadmaps and hardening our software, systems and data security. Ensuring we have access controls, audit and compliance processes in place.Observability and Reliability - Owning monitoring and alerting systems to ensure we can inspect our services and respond to incidentsDeveloper Experience and Cross team collaboration - Working with product engineering teams to improve our developer experienceOur Engineering CultureShip daily - We’re building and releasing features fast, going from idea to production in hours rather than weeks.Empathise with users - Lawyers and legal clients have unique perspectives, preferences and expectations.
