Hours: core hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday (7:00 to 16:00) and Friday (07:00 to 13:00).

Overtime: required to work additional hours when the workload dictates.

Location: Dartford

The Warranty/QA Controllersrole is split into two functions. Decision making and processing of all warranty claims, alongside quality control of parts, including Return to Vendor processes. Thoroughness and attention to detail will be rewarded with tangible results in reducing warranty claims and improving the quality of components being received for production.

Oversee the web-based warranty claims system.

Decide on warranty claims.
