Data Governance Manager

Data Governance Manager - 6 month contract - Manchester Hybrid - 2/3 days onsite
I am looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager for a key role with our public sector client in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Records Management within the public sector and have substantial experience in setting up document and records libraries in SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selection, development, and implementation of sensitive data Records Management systems.
- Managing large-scale projects, including handling over 250TB of data.
- Strong Information & Data Governance capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Records Management within the public sector.
- Previous experience in setting up document and records libraries in SharePoint Online.
- Expertise in managing large-scale data projects.
- Excellent knowledge in Information & Data Governance.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates must be eligible for UK and police security vetting.
