The Pre-Construction Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design phase of projects, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and project goals. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with architects, engineers, clients, and construction teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met. * Review and provide feedback on design documents, drawings, and specifications. * Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. * Identify and mitigate design risks and issues. * Work closely with the pre-construction team to integrate design efforts with estimating, scheduling, and planning activities. * Facilitate design meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. * Implement and maintain design quality assurance processes. * Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.To be considered for this role, you must have pre-construction experience with a main contractor covering the sectors stated.For more information please apply within
