Design Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Design Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing design management throughout the construction stage to project closeout. You will work on up to 6 or 7 live jobs concurrently, collaborating with construction and commercial teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee design management throughout construction stage to project closeout
* Work on up to 6 or 7 live jobs concurrently, collaborating with construction and commercial teams
* You will ideally have experience in residential new build, particularly with RC frame construction
* Architectural or Design background and contractor side experience in design coordination/design management, ability to work with drawings and details effectively
