Looking to recruit a proactive and knowledgeable SHE Advisor to join a leading regional Maintenance/ Property Services contractor. Offering up to £50,400 + car allowance and great benefits. Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with SHE legislation, CDM regulations, and internal policies. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and lead incident investigations. Provide expert SHE coaching and support to project teams, directors, and supply chain partners. Monitor site safety and environmental performance, reviewing RAMS and project plans. Maintain and enhance SHE Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001). Champion behavioural safety and contribute SHE expertise to strategic planning and bids.Significant regional travel required - this role covers Midlands and South - Oxford, Gloucestershire, Cambridge, Peterborough, Birmingham. Requirements: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Health & Safety. Strong understanding of SHE legislation and construction practices. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
