From Multi-Track RTA, EL and PL cases to complex negotiations and trials, you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures justice is served and rehabilitation is prioritised.Even if your experience with multi-track cases is limited, we'd still love to talk. What matters most is your passion for client care and your commitment to going the extra mile.What You'll Do:Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury claims from start to finishMeet clients , take instructions and discuss funding arrangements (eg, CFA)Advise on liability, quantum and causation, keeping clients informed every step of the wayDraft Schedules of Loss, pleadings and legal documentsLiaise with witnesses, police, insurers, HSE, experts, Counsel and rehab providersEnsure early access to rehabilitation-because recovery starts nowKeep files compliant with audit and risk requirementsTravel to meet clients at home or in hospital when neededAbout You:You're a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 3 years' PQEYou have strong knowledge of personal injury law, practice and procedureYou're proactive, flexible and client focusedYou hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a carYou're willing to attend local and national BD events and conferencesWhy Join Us?A culture built on client care and collaborationOpportunities to attend industry events and conferencesA chance to make a real impact not just on cases, but on livesReady to Take the Next Step?If you're passionate about personal injury law and want to work for a firm that values rehabilitation, client care and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and start your journey where your expertise meets purpose.#INDCATN
